Payment Information

Circus Lab has the following payment options:

​

• Cash

• Credit or Debit Card (EFTPOS, Visa or Master card)

• Direct Deposit (electronic funds transfer)
   

Payment terms: 50% deposit required to start an event. Balance 50% on completion

Refunds

​

• Refunds may be given if notification is given 1 week before the event

• Refunds may be given if notification is given 4 days before the birthday party.

​

Event cancellations

​

• Full payment is required for any cancellation received within 24 hours

• 50% payment is required for any cancellation received within 5 days

​

Holiday programs

Pick up/Drop off

​

You are welcome to choose to stay and watch your child’s class, or to drop them off and return at the end.
 

If you leaving your child for the class please ensure that you return on time.. If you are running late, please contact us to advise.

Promotional photography

​

• On occasion we take promotional photos during class time or in our kids parties that we may use on our website or on social media. We will not identify your child in any of these photos without your permission. Please advise Circus Lab in writing if you do not want photographs of your child to be used.

Hot weather policy

​

When the reported temperature is 38 degrees or higher, classes may be canceled and a refund or credit may be given for the cancelled class.

​

When the reported temperature is 35 degrees or higher, the following policy will also apply:

​

• Regular drink breaks will be taken every 15 minutes

• Fans will be used in the main event space.

​

 Safety policies

​

• You understand that there are inherent risks associated with participation in the Program, which may result in personal injury (even of a serious nature) to a participant and that you fully accept and agree to bear those risks.

• You agree not to bring any claim or proceeding against Circus Lab for any injury that your child may suffer from participation in the program.

• Students MUST follow the safety rules.

Participants Must always:

• Listen to the trainers

• Follow instructions

• If you want to try something you haven't been instructed to do ASK your trainer

Circus Lab may terminate your child’s participation in the Program if your child’s behaviour interferes with another participant’s safety or enjoyment of the Program.

Special Needs

If your child has any particular physical or emotional needs or characteristics it is very helpful to let us know. Our program is open to everyone​.
